Steve Finnick, Co-founder/CEO

Steve Finnick has over twenty years in Recruiting, Sales, Management and Operations experience in the Staffing Industry at the Agency and Corporate level. This includes recruiting, training, and managing staff in most disciplines of recruitment for Permanent Placement, Retained Search and Contract Staffing Services.

In 2002, Steve Finnick and Kevin Harley started Management Resource Solutions Inc., a multifaceted national staffing company specializing in Biotechnology, Healthcare, and High Technology industries. Management Resource Solutions is a multi-million dollar company with corporate operations in Thousand Oaks, CA.

In 2007 Steve Finnick and Kevin Harley formed Saker Executive Resources, Inc. SAKER was formed to model Management Resource Solutions operations. Kevin Harley, Co-Founder/President

Kevin Harley has more than 16 years of experience in sales, marketing and general management. He has extensive experience recruiting and directing sales operations within the executive search industry including Permanent placement, Contract Staffing and Retained search.

In 2002 Kevin co-founded Management Resource Solutions, Inc. a full service search and consulting firm concentrated on Biotechnology, High Technology, Healthcare and Legal Industries.

Prior to founding Management Resource Solutions Inc., Kevin spent 4 years at a leading Southern California based Medical Staffing Company. Joining them as Director of Technology he was responsible for leading and diversifying the company into the High Technology and Biotechnology industries. He also held the Director of Corporate Training position with responsibilities for building the company’s sales operation. During his tenure, Kevin was instrumental in building the sales organization from 8 recruiters to more than 50 recruiters and increasing the company’s revenues from one million dollars to more than seven million dollars and establishing the largest search firm in Los Angeles County as published by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
